This policy describes what data Genshin Track collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@genshintrack.com.
1. What We Collect
We keep the data we need to operate the service and nothing more.
- Account info — your email address, display name, and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text)
- Game data you enter — characters you track, levels, talents, weapons, artifacts, and farming preferences
- Subscription info — whether you have an active Pro subscription, plus a customer reference linking your account to Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details — that's handled entirely by Stripe
- Session cookies — a single authentication cookie so you stay signed in
- Server logs — basic request logs (IP address, timestamp, page) kept for a short period for security and debugging
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the service (saving your tracking data, generating your daily plan)
- To process subscription payments through Stripe
- To send transactional emails such as password resets
- To diagnose problems and prevent abuse
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not use your data to train AI models.
3. Service Providers
To run the service, we share limited data with these providers:
- Stripe — handles all payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy
- MailerSend — sends transactional emails (password resets). See MailerSend privacy policy
- Our hosting provider — the servers where the application and database run
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records for tax purposes).
5. Your Rights
You can:
- Access or correct your account data from the dashboard settings
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- Request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by emailing support@genshintrack.com

6. Children
Genshin Track is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your account, including hashed passwords and HTTPS for all traffic. No system is perfectly secure, however — please use a strong, unique password and let us know immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice in the service before the changes take effect.
