Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of Genshin Track ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service at genshintrack.com, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Genshin Track is a planning tool for the game Genshin Impact. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HoYoverse or COGNOSPHERE. All Genshin Impact content, names, and assets referenced in the service are property of their respective owners.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us at support@genshintrack.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Genshin Track offers a free tier and a paid "Traveler Pro" subscription. The Pro subscription is billed monthly at the price shown on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices may change. We will give you advance notice of any price change before it applies to your next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review the situation in good faith.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of any law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the service's content in bulk
- Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service
- Resell, sublicense, or share Pro access with others
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your use of the service creates risk for us or other users. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free, including the build recommendations and farming plans, which are guidance only and not guaranteed to reflect optimal play.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active users by email or a notice in the service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
